Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their subscription or recurring purchase at any time before their next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been processed or charged, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel, customers may use the cancellation option available in their customer account or contact Girls Wear Jordans Too for assistance.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges and shipments. It does not cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.
