Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request an exchange or store credit.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us by email at girlswearjordanstoo@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your request is approved, securely package your item and return it using a trackable shipping service and send us an email with the tracking number.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received or the item arrived damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Girls Wear Jordans Too is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Have all original tags attached (if applicable).
  • Be returned in their original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer at our discretion.

5. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Eligible returns may be exchanged for another size or another available item of equal value.
  • If you prefer not to exchange your item, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item (excluding original shipping charges).

6. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit:

  • Mystery Tees
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
